Vocational Qualifications

Vocational programs in Australia—known as VET (Vocational Education and Training)—offer practical, job-focused education designed to prepare students for specific careers across industries. These programs are often delivered by government-operated TAFE institutes (Technical and Further Education) and other private Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).

The VET courses are much less costly compared to university degrees. They are shorter, allowing faster entry into the workforce. These are recognized across Australia and can become an excellent pathway into relevant university courses.
